GNA Policies
General Information
Advanced registration is required for all tours. Reservations may be made by phone or mail. A 30% deposit is required. Call 906-225 TOUR to reserve a tour or request a registration form. Visa or MasterCard required for phone or faxed reservations. To register by mail, complete the registration form and enclose check or money order. The balance is due 21 days prior to tour date and must be paid by check or money order. GNA reserves the right to cancel if full payment is not made on time.
A 5% discount on tour price is offered to organized groups of five or more adults who register for the same tour.
Use of illegal drugs is strictly prohibited on all GNA
tours.
Sorry no pets allowed on tours.
Firearms are strictly prohibited.
Cancellations
Deposits are refundable with a minimum of 21 days notice before tour date. There is a $75 cancellation fee per person. Cancellations made 20 days or less before departure date will not receive a refund or credit, even in the event of personal emergencies. If the tour you apply for is full or cancelled by GNA, we will refund any necessary fees.
Winter weather policy
In the event you are not able to attend the tour you registered for due to inclement weather, GNA will issue a credit for a similar tour, minus any applicable lodging cancellation fees.

Tour prices include guide(s), lodging, permit fees and meals as indicated on the tour itinerary, unless stated otherwise.

You will receive a confirmation packet when final payment is received. It will include:
